im goin to london and harry potter is my favorite. i was wondering if anyone knows places where it was shot in london. plz i really wanna go there. also any info u know on harry potter this summer. oh and does anyone know what castle hogwarts is what the area where hagrids cottage is is called. any help is useful thanx.

    I’m pretty sure that Hogwarts was a set, not an actual castle…actually 100% sure…I think…!

    The outside shots of Hogwarts, like in goblet of fire when Moody turns Malfoy into a ferret, are actually shot at a college. I think it’s actually Eaton College. They tell you in the bonus features and the commentary of the DVD’s, so I’d watch those and jot down some info :) That’s where I got my info! GOOD LUCK!

    You can visit King Cross Station and Leavensden Studios.
    I think Hagrid’s cabin is in Scotland.
