In Harry Potter, why can house-elves Aparate in Hogwarts?

Emily asked: Hermione often reminds Ron and Harry that nobody can Aparate in Hogwarts. But in the sixth book,(and maybe in the others where I didn’t notice) Kreacher and Dobby Aparate and Disapparate throughout the castle all the time. Why are house-elves the acception to the spell put on the castle?
